A dry and slightly hazy morning in Foxford. Yesterdays rain has put a little bit of fresh water into the river. Nothing major, it is now at 0.46m at Ballylahan bridge and will probably peak at about 0.6m. There is more rain forecast for later today and into tonight which might top it up. Not a lot of anglers on the river in the past few days but most of those who were out had success and fish were taken on all methods.  Still fresh fish running through Foxford, I had a sea liced grilse last night. For today spinning will be well worth a try.

    1. Hi Jack, fair play that’s a lot of fishing for no fish. Something is obviously going wrong for you. If you drop into the shop we can have a chat and see if we can put you on a fish, Chin up .
