A dull overcast morning in Foxford with some light showers. We did not have any significant rain yesterday. The river is creeping up a little this morning and is now at 0.38m at Ballylahan bridge. It will creep for another while but will not rise much more. A few good reports over the last few days, the best being The McKenny brothers from Co. Louth who caught eleven Salmon on Thursday using bubble and fly on the Foxford fishery. Happy to say they were using a fly we recommended. For today all methods should work but spinning will be well worth trying.
