An overcast and misty morning in Foxford. The river is now at 0.53m at Ballylahan bridge and should be in nice condition for all methods. Although the water stayed coloured there were some good reports yesterday and I would expect similar today. There is wind forecast which will create nice conditions for spinning. For anyone wishing to try the fly, East Mayo Anglers waters will be worth a try. I don’t think the rain that is forecast will have any major effect on water levels so the river should be in nice condition for the remainder of the weekend.
