A mixed sky over Foxford this morning, dry so far. The forecast is for some rain, possibly heavy at times later today. The river is looking good and is suitable for all methods. It is now at 0.53m at Ballylahan bridge. This would be a good level for Bubble and fly and weather conditions should suit. Further downstream, worm and spin will be the best methods. We were getting a lot of calls during the week and I would expect to see a few more anglers on the river today.
