A dull morning in Foxford. The river has crept up by a few centimeters but nothing major. It is now at 0.55m at Ballylahan bridge. This hint of fresh water could be enough to move some fish upstream to Cloongee and East Mayo Anglers waters and I would expect to hear of fish up there soon. For today, all methods are worth trying.
