A nice, slightly cool morning in Foxford and it looks like a good day ahead. The river is now down to 0.67m at Ballylahan bridge and is still holding a big level through Foxford and on down stream. Its very quiet on the banks with most anglers holding out for better conditions. Those that are out are catching fish and we had reports of fish on Prawn and spin yesterday. Most of the action seems to be further downstream and as has been the case for most of the season East Mayo Anglers waters is not producing fish. If this weather holds out we will see levels come back to normal fairly soon and it could be a productive end to the season.
