A dry and breezy morning in Foxford. Following the rain brought by storm Floris the river rose yesterday. Peaking at 0.8m at Ballylahan bridge it is now falling again, currently 0.65m. It’s not a big rise but it will help freshen things up a little. Today will be a good day for spinning, the Cloongee and East Mayo Anglers fisheries will both be well worth a try.
