A cloudy morning in Foxford and it looks like we will have showers. The river is falling and is now at 0.86m at Ballylahan bridge. From Foxford downstream the water will have some colour but today should be a good day for spinning and any of the fisheries should produce fish. Upstream on East Mayo Anglers waters the fly will be worth trying. There is an unsettled forecast and there could be more rain on the way so I would take the opportunity to fish while conditions suit.
