A cold morning with showers in Foxford. It looks like we are not going to get any heavy rain for the next while so water conditions should improve. The river is now at 1.17m at Ballylahan bridge and is quite coloured in Foxford. A lot of this colour is coming from the Loughs which have got a good churning up with all the wind over the past few days. If it keeps going this way it should be back in reasonable condition by Saturday.
