A cloudy morning in Foxford, looks like we could get some rain. It was a quiet weekend on the Moy, no big angling effort and no huge catches. There were some salmon taken on Prawn and bubble and fly but by lunchtime yesterday most anglers had given up. We went mackerel fishing from the shore and that turned out to be good fun, lots of mackerel about. The change in weather might encourage some of the fish lying in the pools to start taking, lets see what happens with rain today.
