An overcast and slightly misty morning in Foxford, looks like we will have showers. The river is in nice condition, 0.59m at Ballylahan bridge and coming into a more fishable state around Foxford. Anglers are reporting seeing a few more fish throughout the system. I would imagine that from this weekend on we will start to see fish coming off the fisheries downstream, Gannons, Armstrongs and Rinnanney will all be worth a try providing water levels continue to fall. A few Mayfly have started to appear on the Loughs and we should soon see some activity on the trout side of things.
