Grey skies and a light breeze in Foxford this morning, not a bad morning for fishing. Given the weather we have had, water conditions are pretty good with a nice level of water through Foxford. Still plenty of water for fish to move and while having a walk along the river yesterday afternoon I spotted a couple of bright silver fish showing just upstream of the bridge. Water temperatures have fallen and although the temperature has been bellow 18 degrees for the pat three days on the upper Moy some fisheries remain closed, obviously someone isn’t keeping their eye on the ball. For anyone that does give it a try today,Prawn will be the best method.
