A dull and hazy morning in Foxford. We took Saturday and Sunday off work and I feel like I’ve been away on holidays, I haven’t a clue what happened on the river. It will be accurate to say, nothing happened. There was virtually no one fishing and a lot of the state fisheries have closed due to high water temperatures. The good weather seems set to last for the remainder of this week but it looks like we will have a dramatic change early next week. For anyone that is fishing today, Prawn will be the best method in the early part of the day. This afternoon the wind should back from East to North. The freshening North breeze could make for good bubble and fly conditions.
