A dull overcast morning in Foxford, not a lot of wind. I was away yesterday but P.J reliably informed me that not very much happened. I was not surprised to hear that as there are virtually no anglers on the river. We are fast approaching September and schools will soon all be back so we will see more anglers making an effort to get some time on the water before the end of the season. It should be a good finish as long as we get some water. For today, it looks like Prawn will be the best method. The bubble and fly may also work if there is a ripple on the water.
