Wednesday 08/04/2026 2026 Regulations announced (at last!)

A bright and dry morning in Foxford and it looks like a nice day ahead. The river is now at 0.9m at Ballylahan bridge, it has cleared well and looks fishable. At present it looks as if water condition will be ok for the coming days, subject to weather. The Minister has finally signed off on the 2026 regulations. I have not had time to study them but will get some clarification today. https://assets.gov.ie/static/documents/39609484/Angling_Bye_law_No._1022_of_2026.pdf
