A dry morning so far in Foxford, there are however a few ominous looking clouds to the west. The river is falling nicely and is now back down to 1.1m at Ballylahan bridge. The Loughs are very full so I think we will have high levels of water for a while. High water levels at this time of the year are not necessarily a bad thing and at least fish have the chance to run. I imagine that we will soon hear of a fish from East Mayo anglers waters or Cloongee.

The shop is open today from 8am to 12 noon and 2pm (14.00) to 6pm (18.00)
