Clear sky, sunshine and heat already in Foxford this morning. Another scorcher of a day on the way. Salmon fishing will be difficult today, or at least until this evening. We need rain and it doesn’t look like we will have any for a while yet. For now we will have to put up with Low water, early morning and late evening salmon fishing and finding alternatives.

A dark morning with heavy drizzle and a fresh breeze in Foxford. The river is dropping again and is now at 0.67m at Balllylahan bridge.
