A mix of cloud and blue sky over Foxford, a nice morning. It looks like we are going to have a warm day but we should also have some cloud cover here in the west. The river is now at 0.32m at Ballylahan bridge, getting low up there. Still a nice level of water through Foxford and on down. I have never seen it hold such a good level of water for so long as it has this year. Still plenty of water for fish to run and fresh fish are moving all the time. For anyone lucky enough to be going fishing today, prawn will be the best method and I would save my energy for the later part of the day.
