A dull hazy morning in Foxford, we appear to have a big grey cloud sitting over us for the past few days. It is certainly blocking the sun out and at times it actually feels cold. Yesterday was a slow day on the river, all anglers reporting seeing lots of fish showing but there was a poor take for some unknown reason. That’s fishing though and at least the fish are there, its just up to us anglers to find a way of catching them. We have tons of different baits in the shop if you feel like trying something different, a new rod might even help (just saying 😁). Water levels are good and will remain so, the wind will be a factor but should suit bubble and fly.

The shop is open today from 8am to 12 Noon and will reopen at 8am on Tuesday morning.
