A showery morning in Foxford and some of those showers are nasty. Staying pretty cold which is certainly not helping trout fishing on the Loughs. Salmon fishing has been reasonable with a few fish taken each day for the past while. Water levels are dropping again and it is now at 0.77m at Ballylahan bridge. There’s a hint of colour in the water in Foxford, im not sure is it sand from the Lough or fresh water from upstream. I have a feeling its coming from upstream. Still suitable for spin and worm.
