A dull morning with a cool north west breeze in Foxford. Although it started off well with some anglers having good sport, the river took a second rise yesterday and by mid afternoon the water got dirty. It is now falling and at 0.77m at Ballylahan bridge. Spinning and worm will be the best methods in the early part of the day but by lunchtime it should be in order for the fly.
