Thursday 01/07/2021

A slightly duller start to the day but it looks like we are in for another pretty nice day in Foxford. Its been difficult for the past couple of days with less than ideal conditions. Salmon are been caught and its not impossible, just a matter of been there at the right time.Still a good number of fresh fish running. We were out after trout last night and spotted several fresh Grilse moving through Foxford. The tidal bets are holding lots of fish and anyone with fishing booked on the Ridge pool is in luck these days. Looking at the forecast we may get some rain over the weekend, Sunday is the most likely day for anything worthwhile. If this does materialise the early part of next week could be good. lets see what happens.
