A wild, wet and windy morning in Foxford and it looks like it will be this way for the day. There’s a heavy band of rain heading our way and by mid day it is going to be very wet. This rain is driven by near Gale force winds so its not going to be nice. My advice would be that you find something else to do today.  If you are on the river it is well up again this morning, now at 1.5m at Ballylahan bridge, it has started to drop. Worm will be the only method worth trying. Realistically, it looks like Tue/Wed at the earliest before we get reasonable conditions but even at that i’d let it settle for another while. The shop is open today from 8am to Noon and will re open at 8am on Tuesday morning
