Sunday 28/06/2020

As promised yesterday was a wet nasty day and today is not looking any better. The river is now up at 1.65m at Ballylahan bridge and is very dirty. If we get the rain that is forecast for today it will be totally unfishable for the next day or two at least. I will up date this later this afternoon when we see how much rain falls and what the water conditions are like.

Update @ 21.30 : We have had a day of not very heavy but persistent rain. It looks like the river will be in a big flood by morning. Had a walk along the upper parts just now and it is already rising and carrying a lot of debris .
