Another nice morning in Foxford and it looks like a nice day ahead. The river is down to 0.9m at Ballylahan bridge. It is still holding a big level through Foxford but that’s the way it will be for a long time now as the Loughs are very full. We had a few reports of fish taken yesterday, spinning seemed to be the best method. For today, it will be spinning again. If the weather holds out and levels keep dropping, by tomorrow East Mayo Anglers waters will be worth a try with the fly.
