As expected the Moy is “Big” today, 3m at Ballylahan bridge and still creeping up. The rain has stopped now and the river will not stay up for ever. We are heading into the last month of the season and what can very often be an exceptional fishing month. It will take a few days for levels to come down but by the time they do it will be well worth getting out there.

For anyone with boats on Lough Conn, the levels have come well up over the past week and it will rise a lot today. I was out there yesterday and a few boats were in need of attention.
