A dark and damp morning in Foxford, it looks like we have had showers through the night. At present the river is at 0.7m at Ballylahan bridge. I have a feeling that we will see it start to creep up later in the day. For now it will be suitable for all methods with worm and spin the most likely to bring success. Anyone hoping to try the fly would be well advised to get out early before more fresh water arrives. The wet weather is set to continue for the coming days. Overall this is good and fish have plenty of water to make their way through the system.
