An overcast and damp morning in Foxford. The river crept up by a few centimeters overnight, hardly noticeable so it will not be an issue. Things are looking pretty good for angling over the weekend. Water levels are good and the weather is milder than it has been recently, winds will be coming somewhat from the west. Along with Salmon angling improving we should see some action on the loughs as hatches of Mayfly appear. Over the past week we have had positive reports from the few anglers who were fishing the river, most seeing if not catching Salmon. The shop is open all day today, all day tomorrow Saturday, we will be closing at Noon on Sunday and reopening on Tuesday morning at 8am.
