A dull misty and breezy morning in Foxford, we had showers overnight but nothing too serious. The river is now at 0.86m at Ballylahan bridge and will probably creep up for another while. It will be a day for spinning and worm fishing. I would expect to see more Grilse in the system now, there was a few caught yesterday and most anglers reported seeing some. An unsettled forecast for the next few days which suits for angling, it could be a good weekend.
