A damp drizzly start to the day in Foxford. There has been rain overnight but the heaviest of it seems to have missed us. The river could still come up later tonight but should be fine for today. It is now at 0.76m at Ballylahan bridge and suitable for all methods.  Most of the fish caught yesterday were taken on Spinners, the largest we heard of was 13.5lbs. I will update tonight regarding possible conditions for tomorrow

22.15 : The river has been creeping up this evening. We have not had a lot of rain and it should peak at about 1.1m at Ballylahan. It should be in good order for spinning by morning.
