A dark and damp start to the day in Foxford, it looks like the river will be rising tomorrow. Yesterday was a good day and we had good reports from various parts of the river. For anyone that does not mind standing in the rain, today should be another good day for fishing. Chances for tomorrow don’t look great which will leave just Tuesday and Wednesday. I can see a few bosses missing employees on Wednesday, and why not. It will be the last day of what has been a challenging Salmon season. For today, spinning and Prawn will be the best methods. The shop is closing early today (We are going fishing), it will be open from 8am to 10am and will re open at 8am on Tuesday morning. I have a sneaky feeling I might convince to boss to go fishing again on Wednesday, either that or he will be missing a worker as well. I’ll call it now, we will be closing at mid day on Wednesday 😁
