A breezy morning in Foxford and it looks like we will have showers as well. Following a short heavy spell of rain yesterday evening the river is rising. It is currently at 0.7m at Ballylahan bridge but I have a feeling it will make the 1m mark later today. Not a big flood but it is certainly going to fresh things up and should move some fish. The water will most likely get coloured, so for the early part of the day today it could be difficult. As soon a sit turns and starts to fall and clear spinning will be the best method .
