Sunshine and showers in Foxford this morning. The river is in nice condition, 0.39m at Ballylahan bridge it has cleared out well and is suitable for all methods. Yesterday was a tough day on the river and anglers reported seeing less fish than in the previous days. This may be something to do with weather conditions as I don’t imagine the fish disappeared overnight. Looking at the forecast it seems we will have some more rain tonight and into Saturday morning, lets see what arrives.

A still and dry morning in Foxford, it looks like not too bad of a day ahead. Water levels are high, 1.97m at Ballylahan bridge
