The day started with a fog over the river, that’s burning off now and its looking like we will have a bright day. There’s very few anglers on the river, the encouraging thing is that even with poor conditions they are catching Salmon and seeing salmon running. If we do get a change in weather over the weekend fishing could be ok. For today, the next couple of hours will be worth trying and then it will be afternoon before there’s a real chance of taking a fish. Prawn seems to be working best.
