A grey overcast morning in Foxford, looks like another showery day ahead. The river is now at 0.43m at Ballylahan bridge, not a big amount of water but even through Foxford its noticeable, there’s movement in the water and it looks fresher. It still needs a big flush out and unfortunately we are not getting it. We had some heavy thunder showers yesterday but no effect. Hopefully today some of them will hit the right spot. For anyone on the river today, all methods should work but I would certainly recommend spinning and I would be going up a size or two in Fly patterns 10s 0r 12s with Orange, Red or Claret in the mix.
