Dry in Foxford with a fresh Westerly breeze and mist on the hills this morning. The river has come up about 20cm overnight. Not the flood we need but it will help. I would expect a few fish to get excited at the sniff of fresh water and today could be a good day to try spinning. We will have drizzle or showers for most of the day today and looking ahead it looks like we will have some more heavier rain at the weekend. Things are starting to look up on the Salmon angling front.
