The River has risen a bit overnight. Not the biggest flood of the year but it should be enough to move some fish. It is at 0.6m at Ballylahan now and will continue to rise. Id expect it to peak at about the 1m mark. Fishing in the next while will be good.

update 10.35. The River is rising fairly fast now and will probably make 1.2m at Ballylahhan. It is getting coloured. Rocks at back of the Town now covered.

Update 12.30.  1.05m at Ballylahan. Reports from Ballina are that a good number of fish were taken in the early morning and that a lot of fish have moved on the high tide.
