Cool but dry so far this morning in Foxford. The river is well up, 2.1m at Ballylahan bridge and very dirty. The forecast is not great either, rain,hail and thunder all get a mention. At this point for anyone trying to make a weekend plan, I have a feeling conditions will not be good.
