A grey morning with a blanket of cloud over Foxford, it feels slightly warmer. The river is still dropping and is now at 0.48m at Ballylahan bridge. Good numbers of fresh fish are entering the system daily and there are lots of fish in most pools. For today it looks like prawn will be the best method from Foxford downstream , further upstream the fly will work.
