Sunday 29/09/2024

A wet and windy morning in Foxford, it should not cause any problems with water levels today. The river fished well yesterday and In Rinnanney alone there was 30+ fish recorded. Today should be no different and with fish throughout the system all fisheries are worth a try. Prawn will be the best method but with the good breeze blowing spinning will also work. As has become normal we will be closed tomorrow Monday,  thus, this is the final day of the season in the shop for us. We will be there from 8am until Noon. On behalf of P.J and Myself I want to thank you all for your support throughout the season, every bit helps and you have all been very supportive, we appreciate that. This will be the last daily blog for 2024 and from Friday we will return to Friday Blogs, I hope you look in from time to time and keep up to speed with whats happening in the area.
