Sunday 26/07/2026 Will Mayo beat Kerry

Things are heating up in the Ridge Pool.
Maigh Eo abú.

A dull morning with a little bit of mist and a nice breeze in Foxford. Another nice morning for fishing. Angling pressure on the river over the past while has been very low and with Mayo playing against Kerry in the All Ireland final today I have a feeling it will be even lower. There will be a good chance of a fish on Bubble and fly or Prawn. For the week ahead it is difficult to say what will happen. The rain forecast for later in the week seems to be now going North of us however mid week we could get some, like the Mayo game it could go any way.

The shop is open today from 8am to 12 Noon and will re open at 8am on Tuesday morning.
