A windy start to the day in Foxford, the rain has stopped. The river is creeping up a little after yesterday afternoons rain. It is now at 0.85m at Ballylahan and is likely to creep for another few hours. Slightly coloured in Foxford but suitable for spin and worm. Reports of catches were more positive over the last couple of days and we heard of a few anglers that had some very good fishing. Hopefully this will be the trend as we head towards the end of the season.

Note: We will be closing the shop at 2 pm today
