A dark and damp morning in Foxford with showers promised for the early part of the day. The river rose considerably during the day yesterday peaking at 1.7m at Ballylahan bridge. At the moment it is falling and now at 1.39m. It may start to rise again later. The water is coloured and the best method today will be worm fishing.
