A bright cool morning in Foxford, storm Dave has passed. It passed pretty peacefully, more of a rain event than wind. The river is well up this morning, 2.8m and brown at Ballylahan bridge. It’s not going to be a day for Salmon fishing in the Foxford area at least. Hopefully the weather will settle in the coming days and we will see levels coming back to normal. Happy Easter.
