A calm and misty morning in Foxford. The river crept up by about three inches at Ballylahan bridge yesterday, it is now at 0.26m. That is not a big amount of fresh water but could be enough to encourage a few fish to take. From now until the end of the season we should see fish becoming more aggressive and inclined to take. For today, it will still be difficult. The water is low and we are forecast to have some sunshine later in the day. Prawn will most likely be the best method.
