A cold wet morning in Foxford, not ideal for a St Patricks day parade and certainly not one that would entice anyone to go fishing. The river is at 1.05m at Ballylahan bridge, not too high. Today’s rain will most likely have an effect by tomorrow and I would expect levels to be rising. There will be better days to come.
