Another cool damp morning in Foxford. The river was rising for most of the day yesterday and peaked at 1.42m at Ballylahan bridge, It is now down to 1.17. The water is coloured and suitable for worm fishing. The past few weeks have been difficult because of these fluctuating water levels, hopefully it will settle down soon and we get some good fishing conditions going into September.
