Blue skies over Foxford yet again today and it looks like it will continue for the next while. Apart from those who are here on holidays the river banks are deserted. It’s a difficult period for salmon angling, thankfully there are alternatives although this bright weather is also having an effect on trout fishing. We can do nothing except grin and bear it, grab a few hours early morning and late evening.
