A dry start to the day and it looks like it will stay this way, occasional hail showers forecast. The river is falling again and is now at 1.1m at Ballylahan bridge. There is a large flow of water through Foxford and on down stream.  It is suitable for spin and worm and should be back in condition for fly fishing over the weekend. Pontoon bridge will be well worth a try at the moment.
