Dry with a little bit of wind so far this morning in Foxford. The forecast is for some heavy rain throughout the day and there is also a gale warning. The river is up a little this morning and is coloured in Foxford. Most of this colour is sand from the Loughs. Put the coloured water, gale force winds and heavy rain in the mix, now add the fact that most Filling stations are out of petrol and diesel and we will come up with another quiet weekend on the Moy. The only positive thing is that the salmon are getting a free run upstream and by the time things settle down there should be a few throughout the system. Better times ahead.
